The text aims to report the pedagogical experiment of teaching Ethics to a group of
university students in a course denominated Práticas de Formação in PUC-Campinas.
Initially it is important to inform that it is quite difficult to teach Philosophy to classes with a great number of students in the sense that there is no space to discuss concepts within a situation that many of these students are only interested in taking the class
hours they need. Therefore, it is possible to justify the experience of a classroom with only 30 students, from different areas in the University, that actually choose the take an Ethics course, of 17 hours. The importance given to Ethical concepts is cultivated
mainly with the exhibition of films and work with short texts of philosophical character published by the press. The results have showed that the courses have been managing to give theoretical base to the students and making them understand more about Ethics itself.
