The essay discusses the issue concerning the training of the research subject in view of the requirement of conceptual suitability of bibliographical research based on the contributions of hermeneutics. It presents some hermeneutical principles that can serve as a reference for the formation of the research subject with regard to textual and conceptual interpretation in educational research. It concludes that educational research finds, in the hermeneutic posture, indispensable conceptual tools to take the vulnerability of the condition of human educability in the most adequate way possible.
