THE LEARNING QUALITY IN THE EXACT SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING ÁREA COURSES

This study is an analysis of que learning quality problem in higher education, taking into consideration that the relation of integration between the two ranges – of teaching and learning – is not a guarantee of determining quality reciprocity. The study was accomplished according to the following steps: 1.
The noüon oflearning quality in the university work; 2. The learning quality problem in the view of 30
students from the Exact Science and Engineering Area, arising from a field research at PUC-Campinas; 3. The problem of learning quality in the teachers’ view, according to the “on line” interviews with 15 teachers of this Area, known as remarkable teachers for their contributions to the higher education; 4. A synthesis of the the required factors to develop the learning quality in higher education.
