The object of this article is to emphasize the importance of the participation of the docents in schools in the elaboration and changes which occur in scholar curriculum. For this purpuse, we have analised the current concepts of curriculum, suggesting a reflexion about the necessity of a teatchers' organization in this process, so that they can discuss and build new educational proposition with more liberty.
