This paper treats to present the main characteristics of the Philosophy of the Values in Max Scheler and Ortega y Gasset, in order to detach its common elements. Both approach the axiollogy in a vital and historical plan, and conceive the values in objective way; as well as we find a parallel related to the critical to the formalism and the psychologism.
