The happiness is a subject assumed in the occidental thought. The happiness is in the
state of nature or the civil society for Rousseau? To think about happiness already was a reality in the English thought. With Rousseau detach the relations between nature and society, the moral established in the primitive freedom where the genuine
happiness of the man sprouts. For nature all man wants to be happy and values the feeling on the reason. The happiness involves the relation between person and society.
