Abstract

Using as a starting point the following affirmation by a physicist, "Relativity eliminated the Newtonian illusion af absolute space
and time; quantum theory eliminated the Newtonian dream of a controllable measurable process, and chaos eliminates the Laplacian fantasy of deterministic predlctability". we made an historical analysis of scientific production in relation to the questions of time-space, observer-observable and deterministic predictability We concluded in favor of the emergence of a new science whose basis will be historicity and not logicality, historical reason and not logical rationalism.
