Abstract

In this article the author considers de Biblical mith of the "Tree of life" in hermeneutic terms. The text is basically concerned with three questions: What is the contribution of this mith to the modern bioethics of human procriation? What proibition does it contain? is this proibition still valid? The author concludes painting out three problems: 1. The confusion oftheBiblical Text; 2. The hermeneutics of mith: 3. The crisis of interpretation of the "original sin".
