Abstract

From its genesis, the city assumed itself as pole and emporium, axle and confluence of hope, accomplishment and opportunities… It was a land of liberation and expression of Man’s most secret and explicit dreams on route to his elevation. Is the city still all of this or is the idealized city just a memory of the past deprived of ontology in the present?
