e oportunidades dentro das estruturas econômicas existentes e como motivadores que inspiram comportamentos sustentáveis. O objetivo deste estudo foi examinar por meio de um levantamento bibliográfico, as tendências nas publicações sobre os negócios empreendedores sustentáveis. Neste estudo, foram recuperados 301 artigos da base de dados Web of Science e analisada a convergência entre empreendedorismo e sustentabilidade por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa. A sustentabilidade e a inovação têm sido amplamente discutidas nos estudos de empreendedorismo, e os negócios empresariais sustentáveis têm surgido como um tema recorrente na literatura acadêmica. Foi possível observar que a pesquisa em empreendedorismo e sustentabilidade vem convergindo para o empreendedorismo sustentável que promove a compreensão e operação eficiente dos negócios existentes e os novos negócios, bem como a eliminação da degradação ambiental. Além de gerar novos negócios e melhorar os existentes, o empreendedorismo sustentável ajuda a reconstruir a economia e cumprir metas sociais, econômicas e ambientais.
