This article intends to put in evidence the importance of the information and communication technologies in the current program of education and to discuss the sorts of relationship and interaction between students, teachers, and knowledge, made possible by these tools. Moreover, the article stands out the relations of coercion and cooperation which are applied in a virtual ambíent of learning, analyzing some functionalities of this ambient, aiming at the moral formation of the
person.
