DOCENTES-PESQUISADORES: PERSPECTIVA PESSOAL QUANTO À PROFISSÃO.
Resumen
O objetivo da pesquisa foi verificar a perspectiva pessoal de docentes-pesquisadores da Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul quanto a profissão. Foram entrevistados 24 sujeitos divididos em três grupos por área de atuação e subdivididos em subgrupos por sexo. Os docentes-pesquisadores expressaram indefinição quanto a satisfação/insatisfação na perspectiva pessoal relativa à profissão, ao trabalho. Na análise da influência da variável sexo verificou-se maior número de respostas negativas quanto à profissão entre os sujeitos do sexo masculino e, maior número de respostas positivas entre os do sexo feminino. Não houve influência da área de atuação na manifestação de respostas positivas e negativas.
