DOCENTES-PESQUISADORES: PERSPECTIVA PESSOAL QUANTO À PROFISSÃO.
Abstract
The aim of the research was to verify the personal perspective of teacher - researchers at Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul regarding professional work. Twenty four subjects were interviewed. They were divided in three groups representing three scientific areas and subdivided by sex. The teacher-researchers expressed indefinition concerning satisfation/insatisfation in the personal perspective regarding professional work. In the analyses of influence of sex variable were verified more negative answers regarding professional work among the males and more positive answers among the females. There wasn't influence of scientific area in the manifestation of positive and negative answers.
