This paper intends to present an abstract of the reflections on the relations between the water and the landscapes based on a study done in Campinas and in its environmental protect area. There only remark aspects concerned to the ordinarily urbanization process and the singular conditions of the environmental protected areas and the water courses which are important parts regarding to its formation. By using these information and reflections it is presented the necessity for social access to the water usufruct and enjoyment by the landscape perception
