Comunicação na biblioteca: uma questão interdisciplinar

Abstract

Based on the success of intem and extern communication, this work is meant to show how well and in which capability a library can integrate with the environment and its users and so provide a definition for a good information service structure. This paper presents data and information conceming the methods, practices and procedures of communication and conflicting areas of interaction and integration between the library and its users. Some conclusions are also presented eVidencing a need for a detectable
and evident communication pattem to guide intem and relationship decision-making
toward the library's diverse users.
