Abstract

The main subject of this study is the rádio peão, (the brasilian word to the american grapevine) and the rumor (or gossip) in organizations. \t is basicaly a teory review, includingthe analysis of growing,transformations, types and  classificationof rumors,accordingto social and psycologicalapproachs. Some organizationalrecomendations and sugestions ofnew approachs are available.
