O acesso à base ERIC via Internet: o usuário diante das duas interfaces distintas

Abstract

This paper compares a search made in the ERIC database on the Internet,  hroughWWVVandTELNET accesses.To this comparisonthe same bibliographyc search was submitted to HOLLlS (Harvard University) and AskEric (Syracuse
University) systems, aiming to clarify and guide the users with step-bystep comments and illustrations. The profits and disadvantages of each systems'
interface and the limits and possibilities of this interfaces were discussed in the users' standpoint.
