Abstract

According to the local and online user 's new demand and the preparation to the new information era, Virtual Library, the Central Library of UNICAMP through its Pub/ic Services Area, analise of the users education aspects showing services and products that using new information technology wi/1 give to the online user orientation and independence to search the information that supports research and education.
