The great city, the modern metropolis , is a fact that is spread by different social contexts in the turning of the 19th into the 20th century. This fact is the generator of a very different lifestyle, unique and completely different from the life in the country. Moreover, besides the inertia of some visions of the city that come since passages in the Bible, the metropolis is also a generator
of its own writings, of new ways of representation, of language.
