The article deals with the multiple involved interlocutors in the planning, project and
implantation of workmanships in the public spaces and the challenges related to the perfectioning of the management of these spaces, in perspective of co-ordinated and integrated actions. The main problems associates to recent demands of use of the public space for the implantation of underground nets, also of the services that had been privatized are presented
and analyzed in this context.
