Abstract

In the last year of 2006 a thousand Brazilian cities finished their urban plans. Now they must be evaluated for the Government, as a very important goal of public work. This paper starts the analysis about Campina’s urban plan, theirs regional contributions on water management and protection and the idea of a metropolitan green belt.
