ALVOS DE DOCENTES-PESQUISADORES RELATIVOS À CARREIRA: INFLUÊNCIA DAS VARIÁVEIS SEXO E ÁREA DO CONHECIMENTO
Abstract
Goals in the career of teachers-researchers: the influence of sex and of three scientific areas. The research has the objective of studying the definition of goals in the career of teachers-researchers of Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul. Twenty four subjects divided in three different groups of activity and subdivided by their sex were interviewed. The results shore that the teachers had difficulties in strategy planning and in e establishing their goals. The influence of three scientific areas were also analysed.
