A Escala Comportamental Infantil de Rutter A2: estudos de adaptação e fidedignidade.

Resumo

Com o objetivo de realizar um trabalho de adaptação da Escala Comportamental lnfanlil de Rutter A2 e de testar a fidedignidade de sua forma adaptada, ela foi traduzida e aplicada em pais e filhos entre 3 e 13 anos de idade. Numa primeira etapa, a Escala A2 foi traduzida e aplicada em 60 países, como resultado, ela sofreu adaptações na linguagem de alguns itens e acréscimo de outros. Numa segunda etapa, para avaliar a fidedignidade entre pai e mãe, a Escala A2 adaptada foi preenchida em separado por pais e mães de 56 crianças; para avaliar a fidedignidade leste-reteste, pais de 96 crianças responderam a escala e após 3 a 4 semanas responderam-na novamente. A análise comparativa das respostas foi feita usando a estatística Kappa. Os resultados indicaram uma fidedignidade teste-reteste e entre pais aceitável para a maioria dos itens.
