GESTÃO FEDERATIVA E GESTÃO CENTRALIZADA PARA CADEIAS DE SUPRIMENTO: UMA COMPARAÇÃO

Com a tecnologia de informação hoje disponível é possível novos enfoques para o gerenciamento entre os parceiros de cadeias de suprimento que considere a integração via internet. Entre os enfoques destacam-se a Gestão Federativa e a Gestão Centralizada. Este artigo procura comparar e discutir estas formas de gestão e sugere uma plataforma para sua implementação.
