Resumo
A singular importância atribuída aos pólos e parques tecnológicos e incubadoras de empresas como indutores privilegiados do desenvolvimento e sua consideração como elementos orientadores de uma política científica e tecnológica foi a motivação mais geral para a elaboração do presente trabalho.
